We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Systems Engineer with proficiency in the ForgeRock IAM suite to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating, deploying, and managing identity and access management solutions that ensure secured and smooth operations across various platforms and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver IAM ForgeRock services and lead requirements gathering and use case development
  • Validate and justify security solutions and designs according to client objectives and industry best practices
  • Develop, install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, and other management tasks
  • Transcribe technical information for business and executive levels and develop test plans for IAM solutions
  • Handle escalations and conduct code reviews while developing custom scripts for system integrations
  • Configure and maintain solutions using ForgeRock Identity Management (OpenIDM) and Access Management (OpenAM)
  • Implement and maintain ForgeRock Directory Services (OpenDJ) and utilize the ForgeRock Backstage Portal effectively
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, provide technical support, and maintain documentation of processes and procedures
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management implementation using ForgeRock IAM suite, including OpenIDM, OpenAM, and OpenDJ
  • Skills in troubleshooting support with minimal guidance
  • Background in ITSM environment and using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
  • Experience working in Controlled Change Management or Deployment environments
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell
  • Familiarity with directory services concepts and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of basic Linux shell and Windows PowerShell scripts
