In this role, you will lead a team of developers and take charge of designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will be responsible for testing your changes and supporting deployments. With the potential for oncall support in the future, we offer additional inconvenience compensation for this responsibility. Responsibilities Lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement effective software solutions that meet our clients' needs Design, develop, and test software solutions that meet high-quality standards and are scalable and maintainable Support deployments of software solutions to production environments Identify and troubleshoot software issues promptly to uphold system integrity Optimize and fine-tune software solutions to ensure enhanced performance and scalability Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Java Developer role with a proven track record of leading a team of developers 1+ years of experience in team leading Strong grasp of Java 8 or later with a solid understanding of Java Microservice Infrastructure Proficiency in working with Git, SQL, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Restful services Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices Excellent written and oral communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level Nice to have Experience working with Gitlab Familiarity with Kafka or other streaming technologies Knowledge of Kubernetes
