Lead Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to join our team, responsible for developing software solutions using Java and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality products.

As a Lead Java Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and solve complex problems, participate in code reviews, and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop software solutions using Java, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with other team members to analyze and solve complex problems, providing valuable insights and solutions
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members, driving continuous improvement
Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
Lead the development team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of software solutions
Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development practices

Requirements

7+ years of relevant work experience with Java
1+ years of relevant leadership experience
Experience with Angular
Familiarity with AWS
Experience with Spring and SQL
B2+ English level

Experience with Docker, Node.js, and troubleshooting, showcasing your versatility and ability to work with a range of technologies
