Lead GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in GenAI/LLM and other related techniques, tools, and cloud providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge NLP, GenAI models to tackle complex problems in various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for applying GenAI techniques to deliver innovative solutions.

responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement novel generative models and machine learning algorithms that solve complex problems. This includes architectural design, data pre-processing, training, optimization, and evaluation of models
    • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to collect, pre-process, and curate datasets suitable for training
      • Train and fine-tune generative models using large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks. Optimize models for performance, efficiency, and scalability
        • Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance, robustness, and generalization of tune machine learning/deep learning models. Use appropriate metrics and statistical analysis to measure and interpret results
          • Prepare technical documentation, including model architecture, implementation details, and experimental results. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
            • Building and deploying GenAI applications
              • Utilizing AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, llama_index, and langchain
                • Working with vector databases and RAG
                  • Developing agents using relevant frameworks
                    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
                      requirements
                      • Relevant professional experience of 8 to 13 years
                        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
                          • Solid foundation in NLP and other text processing algorithms. Proficiency in Python
                            • Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
                              • Experience in LLM application framework like llama_index, langchain, huggingface
                                • Working knowledge of GenAI models like BERT, GPT-3/4, T5, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Whisper etc.
                                  • Experience with vector databases and RAG and AI Agent development
                                    • Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying Gen AI applications
                                      • Proficiency with pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, spacy, statsmodel etc.
                                        • General understanding of data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and distributed computing concepts
                                          • Knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as of fundamental mathematical concepts, such as linear algebra and probability
                                            • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
                                              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
                                                • B2+ English level proficiency
