We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Developer to join our team for an exciting and challenging project.

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for developing a rule engine tool using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, while working closely with the product owners' team on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development and has strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop a rule engine tool using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka for real-time data streaming applications
Work closely with the product owners' team on a daily basis to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
Perform output data verification on Elasticsearch to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Integrate the tool with the existing data ingestion layer to perform match and merge, which will be mastered in EBX
Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to coding standards

Requirements

Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience as a Java Developer within production projects
Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
Experience in Microservices architecture pattern for building scalable, fault-tolerant applications
Experience in data engineering and knowledge of master data management is preferred
Experience in Kafka for building real-time data streaming applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
