We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with a focus on SQL/ETL to join our team. With 8 to 12 years of experience, you will take charge of driving the Agile process and ceremonies, guiding teams to meet prescribed goals, and facilitating requirement gathering for data movement and needs. Your role will involve writing Source to Target mapping documents, conducting gap analysis of databases, and leading data migration project analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing SQL to gather and analyze data, running workshops with business users, and summarizing action items.

Responsibilities

Lead data migration project analysis and drive the Agile process and ceremonies
Write SQL to gather and analyze data, and run workshops with business users
Facilitate requirement gathering for data movement and needs
Diagram complex processes for simpler discussions and guide teams to meet prescribed goals

Requirements

8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience
Expertise in writing complex SQL and understanding table structures
Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
General understanding of data migrations, data management, and data as a product
Proficiency in ETL efforts and the basic process
Thorough understanding of Agile process and ceremonies
Experience in gathering requirements and information needed for a cloud environment setup
B2+ English level proficiency
