Responsibilities

Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors
Optimize data quality and enhance data governance to meet evolving business needs
Engage regularly with client managers and development teams, with some interaction with the client side
Work closely with end users and stakeholders, including challenging stakeholders
Collaborate with the client's Product Manager or Product Owner to own the product roadmap and propose ideas
Define new opportunities, realize backlog items, and plan product promotions
Implement a product mindset and take ownership of successful products from the past to drive project progress

Requirements

10-15 years of experience in business analysis
Demonstrated experience as a business analyst in the Life Sciences Technology domain
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of successful product ownership
Profound understanding of metrics and data-driven decision making
Agile approach to requirements specification
