We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who is proficient in EIS Architecture v12 and v20 to join our team.

As a Lead Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and define EIS solutions and architectures for our insurance projects. Your comprehensive understanding of Group Life Insurance, Property and Casualty, Group Disability (STD, LTD), and Individual Disability will play a vital role in the success of our projects and guarantee our solutions align with the business needs and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assess current business analysis processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions
  • Should have working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Teams to ensure project alignment with business goals
Requirements
  • 8 to 14 years of experience in business analysis or related roles within the insurance industry
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of EIS Architecture v12 and v20
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and practices
  • Knowledge of Group Life Insurance, Property and Casualty, Group Disability (STD, LTD), and Individual Disability
  • Understanding of General Liability Insurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
About the project
  • You will be a critical part of our initiative to build Insurance Technology Accelerators, including the development of the Insurance Connector, Insurance Pre-build dashboard, and Business Architecture core components. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and ongoing maintenance.
