We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services.
This role involves collaborating with the onsite product owner and offshore development team to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work with onsite proxy product owner to understand product vision and roadmap
- Identify product capabilities, features, and functions
- Define epics, stories, and success criteria
- Elaborate on stories, business logic, and results
- Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories
- Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback
- Track feedback and ensure incorporation into the backlog
- Assist in incident triaging and resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business questions and clarifications
- Conduct application user testing following production deployment
- Prepare test data for development team requirements
- Facilitate scrum master responsibilities
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in business analysis
- Experience in product management within financial services
- Understanding of wealth management practices
- Proficiency in SQL for database queries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
