Lead BA Supply Chain Management (SCM)

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead BA Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the development of the WMS, prioritizing requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies. You will work closely with our lead PO and many stakeholders across the organization to gather and refine user requirements, translating them into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

responsibilities
  • Support and manage development of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Refine development requirements and keep a steady pulse on customer needs
  • Identify and drive towards business goals and implement key industry trends in the product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements, translating them into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies as the voice of the product
  • Work closely with developers to bring features to life on time and within budget
  • Maintain commitment to quality and exceed expectations
  • Keep stakeholders informed and engaged through clear and concise updates, demos, and feedback sessions
requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years of product ownership experience or similar software development roles
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain, preferably WMS functionality
  • Proven experience in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies
  • Ability to bridge different perspectives and build strong relationships
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in prioritization and project management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level

  • Experience in user research, requirements gathering, and data analysis
