An opportunity exists for a proficient Middle Programmer specializing in Java, Azure, and Microservices to join our dynamic team.

Serving as a Middle Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and enhancement of scalable, high-throughput end-user applications. Your expertise in Java, Azure, Microservices, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will greatly contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

The refactoring of existing APIs for increased performance, scalability, and maintainability
Design and creation of new APIs and microservices to facilitate new product development, system revamps, and digital transformation projects
Collaborative analysis of legacy systems with cross-functional teams to determine areas in need of business process optimization
Extraction and documentation of business rules from current code for analysis and modernization
The development of modernization strategies, such as migration, decomposition, and rewrite to correspond with organizational objectives
Working with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables align with their needs within established budgets and timelines
Active participation in agile development including sprint planning, contributing to high-quality software development
Providing mentorship and guidance to the team, ensuring compliance with project standards and objectives
Strong leadership skills demonstrated through effective management and coordination of a team of engineers

Requirements

Professional experience ranging from 3 to 6 years in Java, Spring Boot, Azure, and API development
Adept at JUnit, Microservices Architecture Pattern, Mockito, Payments, and REST APIs
Strong communication skills, possessing an English level of B2 or higher
Willingness to attend project interviews as necessary
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and collaboration
