This position is relevant for immediate joiners only (should be ready to start by December 1st, 2023) and implies a hybrid work setup. Depending on the project, you will have to spend several days a week in the office. Our offices are currently located in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, and Chennai.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remote Java Lead Developer to lead our development team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of relevant work experience and 1+ years of relevant leadership experience. As a Java Team Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that coding standards, best practices, and software development guidelines are followed.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Jenkins, K8s, MongoDB
1+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
Proven experience in designing, developing applications, and APIs
Hands-on technology leadership, preferably full-stack development
B2+ English level

Nice to have

Experience with JavaScript, React and Azure
Financial Services background will be a plus
Cloud experience will be a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Client-facing experience
Structure and organization skills
