We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on EIS projects. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing current business analysis practices and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will require to leverage your extensive insurance industry experience and expertise in Agile methodologies to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our Insurance Technology Accelerators initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Assess current business analysis processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Should have working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Should have 3 to 5 years of Insurance experience.
  • Should have working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremonies.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage in occasional late meetings when necessary.
  • Apply strong analytical capabilities to perform data mapping, integration analysis, and functional persona assessments to support wireframe creation.
  • Possess a basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle to assist in data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain a deep understanding and advanced knowledge of EIS Policy Core - Pan Version and DXP Customer Portal Layer.
About the project
  • You will be a critical part of our initiative to build Insurance Technology Accelerators, including the development of the Insurance Connector, Insurance Pre-build dashboard, and Business Architecture core components. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and ongoing maintenance.
