We are seeking a visionary Director – Integrated Service Delivery (AI & Automation) to lead large-scale, cross-functional delivery programs across Engineering and Operations streams. In this strategic role, you will oversee multi-domain programs integrating product development, cloud operations, and managed services. You will drive transformation through AI-driven optimization, advanced automation, and data-led service management, creating measurable business impact across global enterprises.
The ideal candidate is both technically astute and strategically minded, capable of guiding diverse teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and continuously evolving EPAM’s delivery frameworks to align with modern service innovation practices.
- Oversee integrated engineering and operations programs across multiple accounts, ensuring EPAM’s solutions deliver consistent business outcomes and operational excellence
- Drive adoption of automation-first practices and AIOps, embedding intelligence, monitoring, and self-optimization into delivery processes
- Define scalable frameworks for unified governance, KPI reporting, and performance analytics across engineering and operational streams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping digital transformation strategies that leverage automation, cloud, and data-driven operations
- Lead modernization initiatives that integrate AI-enabled DevOps, SRE principles, and ITIL 4 practices to improve reliability and speed
- 20-28 years of IT experience, with expertise in service delivery and digital transformation
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles, DevOps methodologies, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Expertise in automation technologies, AI-driven optimization tools, and AIOps platforms
- Background in leveraging cloud computing, big data analytics, and enterprise monitoring tools for modern delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in defining governance structures, performance metrics, and unified reporting models for multi-domain programs
- Competency in stakeholder management, executive collaboration, and strategic advisory in alignment with global enterprise needs
- Familiarity with engineering concepts like product development lifecycle, scalable software systems, and operational excellence principles
- Understanding of data-driven decision-making processes in service management and deployment automation
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
