We are seeking an experienced Pre-sales Solution Consulting Professional to join our team for an exciting project that aims to provide managed services engagements to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team in solution consulting, opportunity management, and proposal development for the project. You will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end proposal development with a focus on opportunity qualification, response planning, team formation and orchestration, and proposal process coordination
  • Identify and develop reusable solutions and service offerings
  • Continuously build a network of trusted experts across EPAM’s Technical and Industry Experts and Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Account Teams
  • Support client visits by defining goals, strategy, and participants, create messages, and orchestrate preparation
  • Capture high-level business objectives and map those with EPAM’s capabilities and services
  • Design concepts for technical, organizational, and business solutions, formulate value propositions and outline differentiators
  • Develop complex engagement and pricing models for multi-year outcome/output-based deals
  • Translate ideas into PowerPoint presentations that showcase EPAM’s values, experience, and services
  • Lead and build presales capabilities in India
Requirements
  • 16+ years' overall IT experience in various roles in software design and delivery including 5+ in presales
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with managed services engagements
  • Broad-based knowledge of technology solutions (e.g., Digital, IoT, Data, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud delivery models, architecture principles, and styles
  • Previous experience in solution consulting, opportunity management, or proposal development is a plus
  • Proactivity and hunger for work
  • Systems thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with limited information and propose best practices to close gaps
  • Great storytelling skills to transform information into presentations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed (across multiple time zones and under strict procurement-driven deadlines)
  • Ability to work in a team and mentor junior staff
  • Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
  • Background in business & system analysis is a plus
