Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and client needs to develop tailored business strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
- Lead and mentor a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals
- Drive team initiatives to enhance client engagement and account growth
- Utilize industry knowledge to understand client challenges and provide relevant solutions
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the life sciences sector
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in account management
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role
- Demonstrated participation in large-scale projects
- Knowledge of life sciences industry
- Skills in account strategy and planning
- Expertise in client relationship management
- Proficiency in business strategy development
- Capability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Fluency in English
