We are seeking a skilled Content Server Solution Designer with extensive experience in OpenText Content Server to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs, leveraging your expertise in OpenText Content Server and related technologies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance the content management platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and provide technical support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and design solutions
- Build and configure OpenText Content Server and xECM to align with business processes
- Guide junior developers, providing technical direction and mentorship
- Write technical documentation including requirement specifications, software design, and testing evidence
- Provide end-user training and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
- Ensure timely deployment and release management of the content server solutions
Requirements
- 11 to 16 years of overall experience
- Deep technical knowledge and architectural insight into OpenText Content Server
- Strong hands-on experience with Content Server development, including Categories, Compound documents, Taxonomies, Security models, Workflows, Forms, Form Templates, OScript, Web Reports, Live Reports, Appearance, and Views
- Experience in developing custom modules for OpenText Content Server
- Strong experience in consuming Content Server REST APIs and Web Services
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, React JS/Lit JS, and CSS
- Proven ability to work with customers, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with B2+ English proficiency level
