We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud & DevOps Technical Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting internal project focused on managing the delivery of KTLO and KTSC across global locations.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating and partnering with business units, clients, development teams, and platform teams to ensure necessary changes and issues are addressed with the right priority and importance, while focusing on security, reliability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and partner with business units, clients, development teams, and platform teams to ensure all necessary changes/issues are taken up with the right priority and importance
  • Focus on security, reliability, and maintainability
  • Work jointly with developers and designers to prioritize, plan, and execute Quarterly Priorities
  • Create timelines, manage scope creep, and eliminate blockers with teams
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with team and partners to align with enterprise standards and best practices
  • Provide transparency via governance reporting, artifact management, and recurring reviews
  • Continuous improvement, value additions, proactive thinking
  • Manage a team of engineers spread across multiple geographies (India, Australia, Columbia, Ukraine, Spain, US)
  • Act as an owner to ensure we gain confidence from customer, proactive, hungry and humble
Requirements
  • Minimum of 14+ years of overall experience and 6+ years of cloud experience, with real experience in managing teams with platform and application support
  • Experience with 24x7 distributed team engagement model
  • Experience with cloud projects on DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins platform/IAC pipelines support, application shared library development/pipelines support, Artifactory, GitHub, Vault) and PaaS (Anthos GKE, ASM, ACM, KF, Redis, Cloud Native, and Burstable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and gain buy-in on project goals
  • Experience in responding to infrastructure alerts and performing security maintenance and infrastructure optimization
  • Experience in lifecycle management, implementing patches, and performing version upgrades
  • Proactive risk mitigation and driving the project
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
Nice to have
  • Experience in Groovy scripting language
  • Experience with Google Anthos
  • Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine
