We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce and a deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Order Management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable business solutions by bridging the gap between business requirements and technology platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate business requirements into Salesforce data models, workflows, and functional specifications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and optimize Sales (Lead-to-Cash) and Service process workflows
- Lead data migration efforts, including legacy system data validation, deduplication, and mapping to the DX Salesforce platform
- Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing in alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with global teams across the USA, New Zealand, India, and Europe to ensure seamless implementation and system integration
- Support and enhance system integration with Oracle ERP modules, middleware, and ETL tools
- Define and document data governance standards while ensuring high-quality data management practices
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve issues related to system performance and integrations
- Drive end-to-end testing and validation to ensure functionality and accuracy across customized Salesforce solutions
- Provide documentation, training, and user support for deployed systems
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals
Requirements
- 10-16 years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture, business processes, and technology solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing
- Experience in data migration methodologies, including deduplication, mapping, and validation
- Background in integrating Salesforce with Oracle ERP modules, middleware platforms, or ETL tools
- Skills in Lead-to-Cash, Service, Order Management, and Contract Management workflows
- Proficiency in system integration and understanding of end-to-end data flow
- Capability to analyze, document, and optimize complex business processes
- Showcase of project management and collaboration skills across globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Nice to have
- Understanding of Oracle ERP modules beyond the core scope of integration
- Expertise in advanced ETL tools or middleware technologies
- Exposure to multi-cloud integrations with other platforms or technology ecosystems
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments
